Account Suspension, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any funds associated with the violating activity. For account closures requested by the user, any valid remaining balance will be processed for return in accordance with established procedures. 4700 will notify users via their registered email of any material changes to these terms, with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the amended terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved within 30 days, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by 4700 in enforcing any right under these terms shall be construed as a waiver of that right.
